This book would be a book that I could use as a reference at every meal to remind me to be mindful. The book would be my guide to cooking and eating well and a resource for those that want to learn more about the food that is around them.
This book is already being used, and I think I’ve already gotten some great ideas for how it can be used in my own life. I could easily see the photos in the kitchen as a reference that I could use for how to cook a nice meal, while looking through the book for recipes or tips.
